How to follow natural skin care routine

A modern woman has to face many challenges everyday be it at home or workplace. Just like her male counterpart, she has her challenges as well and one of the challenges is to maintain her skin.   •  Moisturise- Use a good moisturiser that is water based. Use it at night before going to bed and mix it with sunscreen during the day.

For flawless skin you also need a lot more than just the three steps stated above. Some of those are as   follows:

  •  Regular sleep- six to eight hours of sleep ensures blood circulation hence keeps the skin looking fresh.
  • Nutritious meals- Small meals throughout the day keep you active and raise the metabolism level. Hence you do not feel sluggish and you look active.
  • Hydrate your self- drink at least eight glasses of water in a day to keep the skin hydrated. It also helps you get rid of dark spots and acne.
  • Consume Multivitamin Tablets- consume multivitamin for at least a few months in a year for healthy skin and hair.
  • No harsh chemicals- avoid using creams and lotions with a lot of chemical component. Do not use many lotions at the same time.
  • Take off all the make-up before going to bed- make sure that your skin can breathe when you go to bed. Clogged pores can cause acne.
  •  Exercise regularly- it can be anything; yoga, running, gym and you just do it. Regular physical activity helps get rid of the toxins in the body and makes the skin clear.
  • Use homemade packs- to give that glow to the skin use homemade packs with fresh ingredients and zero side effects. These ingredients can be easily found in your kitchen. One such pack can be made with honey, gram flour, milk and a pinch of turmeric. The paste has to be applied to the skin for twenty minutes and wash it off with warm water. This is perfect homemade skin care routine.
