Ganpati Bappa Moriya!!! Go Green!!! Ganpati Bappa Moriya!!!

This 17th September 2015 celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi in a different manner. It is the day when we have fun on the birthday of Lord Ganesha and we seek blessings to remove all hurdles from our life and empower more knowledge and intelligence to us. The festival brings prosperity and it is celebrated for 10 long days with fun, excitement and happiness.
Eco friendly celebration helps you rejoice the festival without any harm to our society. Thinking about how to take the step to have fun and enjoy with your friends and family. Read the following steps:

1Natural clay idol

Making Lord Ganesh idol with Plaster of Paris is dangerous and toxic for our environment. Therefore, use natural clay made idol and paint the idol with red sandalwood, turmeric and multani mitti. It is much more safe and reliable.

2. Colors for Rangoli

Mostly we use chemical based colors to create excellent rangolis in front of the idol. Instead of these colors, you can use herbal colors for the safety of the environment and spread the fragrance of these beautiful colors.

3. Real Flower Garland

I have seen many people use plastic made garlands to decorate Lord Ganesha, but if you replace these garlands with natural flower garlands then it look more attractive and you are taking one step ahead towards healthy environment.

4. Decoration Lights

Today, Chinese lights are mostly used for decoration. But, replace it with earthen lamps. It looks elegant, beautiful and stylish and changes the ambience of your house. You feel more close to nature.

5. Do not use plastic bags

You must stop using plastic bags to carry puja items and start using recycle bags which is good for the environment as well as the products also remain perfect.

6. Decoration with real flower

If you are using plastic flowers to decorate the entrance of the house or the entire house, then stop doing that and instead bring natural flower garlands and decorate it very beautifully.

7. Utilize the waste

After the celebration, you should collect all the waste and use them as a fertilizer. It will help the plants to grow and give the plants all the necessary nutrients.
Take a step to Go Green and celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi with all your heart and happiness.

Stay Happy! Stay Healthy!
